These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of kitchengrip.co.uk and to any purchase of goods from our online store.
1. Who we are
KitchenGrip is operated by K Wisniewski, trading as BestWayDigital, a sole trader. Our business address is Greenlea Court, Huddersfield, HD5 8QA, United Kingdom. You can contact us at sales@kitchengrip.co.uk. We reply Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm GMT.
2. Orders and prices
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). We are not VAT registered, so we do not charge VAT. Delivery charges are shown before you pay.
We may refuse or cancel an order if a price is wrong or the item is out of stock. If we do, we will refund you in full.
3. Delivery
Our standard delivery area is the United Kingdom (Great Britain and Northern Ireland). Delivery charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and on our Shipping & Delivery Information page. Orders of £15 or more qualify for free standard UK delivery.
4. Your right to cancel
If you are buying as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive the goods. To cancel, email sales@kitchengrip.co.uk with your order number. You must return the goods within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling. You pay the return cost, as set out in our Returns & Refund Policy. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
5. 30-day returns
As well as your right to cancel, we offer a 30-day returns policy. You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging. Email sales@kitchengrip.co.uk to start a return. Full details are on our Returns & Refund Policy page.
6. Faulty or damaged goods
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Under that Act, goods you buy must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, email sales@kitchengrip.co.uk with your order number and a photo.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring a case in the courts of your part of the UK.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to orders placed after it was updated.
